FLII HOLISTIC started with a journey I had already lived through. After the challenges of my last startup, I felt very much lost—until yoga, meditation, and a mindful plant based lifestyle became my anchors. They didn't just steady me; they showed me what this practice could hold for others, and why I wanted to hold a space dedicated to that path.

A pivotal moment came during my certified Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. Amidst the practice, I realized: if yoga could guide me back to myself, it could offer others the same refuge. FLII HOLISTIC exists to share the tools of mindfulness, movement, and holistic healing—with honesty, depth, and respect for each person's journey home.

The work didn't stop at the mat. It led me further—to the foothills of the Himalayas in Nepal, where I completed my advanced certification in sound healing. Among ancient bells, singing bowls, and mountains older than memory, I learned what I now bring into how we hold space at FLII HOLISTIC: healing is not only a pose or a breath. It is vibration—a frequency we can return to, again and again.

In Nepal, sound deepened what yoga had already whispered—the body listens, even when the mind forgets. Every bowl's resonance became part of how I understand our purpose: to meet you where you are; help you feel truly at home in yourself.

Today, my vision for FLII HOLISTIC reaches beyond classes or retreats: a living, breathing holistic healing center and lifestyle sanctuary—a place where movement, meditation, sound, and mindful nourishment coexist. A space where you can arrive exhausted and leave remembered. Not fixed. Not perfect. But whole.

That is the invitation behind everything we offer here—where Eastern philosophy, breath, and intention weave together. Holistic wellness is not something you perform for others; it is how you remember who you are.
